Harry enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2018 as a Unit Supply Operator and was deployed on Operation Bushfire Assist 19/20. In 2020, he made the transition to full-time service, taking on the role of a Cyber Warfare Analyst.

Throughout his career, Harry has been a dedicated and active member of the Defence LGBTIQ+ (DEFGLIS) community. He has played a key role in organising networking events in Melbourne and has made valuable contributions to the Military Pride Ball. In recognition of his efforts, he was co-opted onto the DEFGLIS board in 2022 and subsequently elected as a full board member in 2023.

In February 2025, Harry made the decision to transition out of the Army to pursue a career in the finance sector, where he now works in Cyber Security.

Outside of work, Harry is passionate about staying fit and enjoys travelling in his spare time, always eager to explore new places and embrace new experiences.
